Firearms Instructor Recertification

Service Description

This intensive update course maintains and enhances the skills of certified firearms instructors across pistol, rifle, and shotgun platforms. Participants will review current best practices, address emerging training challenges, and refresh instructional techniques through hands-on practical exercises. The curriculum includes updates on legal considerations, equipment advancements, and refined teaching methodologies for complex multi-weapon skills. Instructors will demonstrate continued proficiency as both shooters and educators while sharing successful training approaches with peers. Required for maintaining departmental firearms instructor certification. Prerequisites include current or recently expired 3 Gun Instructor certification.
